IMPORTANT: Maximum number of occupants: 4 people (including children). Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any evidence of improper use will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without notice or refund. The security deposit will also be retained as compensation for damages resulting from excessive use of the property, in addition to reimbursement for any damage caused by such use.
