IMPORTANT: Maximum occupancy: 4 people (including children). Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any discovery of improper use will result in immediate termination of the rental without notice or refund. The security deposit will also be retained as compensation for any damages resulting from excessive use of the property, in addition to reimbursement for any damages caused by such use.
