We welcome you to this very beautiful two-bedroom apartment of 65 m2 on the ground (59 m2 Carrez law), on the second and last floor, with an 8 m2 terrace. You also benefit from a closed box in the secure basement, with motorized door.

The residence is fully fenced. Its access is secured thanks to electric gates with videophones. Access with beeps for the garage.

LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT
- 30 m2 of living room with high ceilings, fully equipped high-end kitchen, open to the living room. Comfortable sofa, non-convertible, 139 cm (55") led TV, free internet available throughout the apartment.

- The terrace is shaded by pine trees. Exposed northeast, you have the sun in the morning. Its exposure is very significant to withstand the heat of summer.

ENVIRONMENT

THE BEACH: It is accessible on foot (900 m from the residence). You will have the possibility to rent surf equipment, take lessons at the surf schools of Hossegor and Seignosse
